Thought? To be or not to be OR To be what you want to be. Perhaps that is the question.

Dr Deepak Chopra (a renowned medical doctor in the States ) states that we have 97000 thoughts every day. 77000 of these thoughts are exactly the same as we thought yesterday and will think again tomorrow. We allow the same old thoughts to repeat and re-affirm how we feel about ourselves and our situations. This creates who and what we are.

Does learning to change the way you think, change the way you feel about yourself and the way you experience the world?

Does thinking speaking and being positive about yourself and others, accepting and forgiving those around you, being kinder to yourself and to all others improve your life?

The moment you are in right now is the only one in existence

You create your reality in this moment. Is it the most positive you can make it? Nothing else exists but the here and now. The past is no longer here and the future has not yet happened.

( "The Power of Now" - Eckhart Tolle )

Acceptance gives you back your power.

Forgivness heals your pain and releases anger.

Love and gratitude is what makes you happy.

Biophotons are tiny emissions of light produced and used by all living things. We store them in our DNA to be used to organise the 100,000 chemical reactions that take place in each of our 60 trillion cells every second. They communicate with all the cells in our bodies instantaneously, at the speed of light in a synchronous wave of energy. At the subconscious level every thought and emotion it carries also produces a change in our physical body chemistry and even our DNA. An example is a neuropeptide called oxytocin which is released into the bloodstream when we feel loving or compassionate. Oxytocin helps digestion, reduces inflammation and protects our cardiovascular system. ( "why kindness is good for you " by Dr David R Hamilton )

When DNA is separated from the body and moved to up to 350 miles from the donor and the donor is subjected to tests which invoke emotional responses. The structure of the donors DNA changes in response to these emotions. It lengthens and relaxes with positive emotions but tightens with negative emotions. Simultaneously the DNA which has been separated from the donor reacts in the same way despite being miles away.

Questions:

Are all living things connected by biophotons?

Can we attract love/ anger etc to ourselves from others due to this connection?

When we refuse to react angrily to another's anger are we giving them power or maintaining our own? How does it feel?

JB Moseley did an experiment in 2002 on 180 patients to evaluate the efficacy of arthroscopic surgery for osteoarthritis of the knee. Half had surgery and half had skin incisions to make it look as if they had surgery. The results for both groups over the next two years were the same despite one group having no surgery. They basically thought themselves better.

So is seeing believing or is believing what we want to be, our reality?

Happy grateful peaceful sad lonely angry forgiving kind powerful fulfilled loved evil tortured depressed. Can we take control of our own reality......?

God helps those that help themselves.. what does this actually mean? Maybe what we THINK it means. Our thoughts help create the person we are; physically mentally spiritually. We are all doing our best and our best is perfect in every way.

So if any of you wondered what I am up to now. I am THINKING.
