Nicola not only uses practical tools as a holistic therapis, but utilises her skills as a Clairsentient Being, Psychic, medium, and by connecting to Spirit and our Guides but most importantly she shares the wisdom she has accumulated through her own journey of physical, mental and emotional healing which has changed her life. She will help you get to the root of the problem and will work with you to shift and release conditioning instilled deep in your core.

Initially she will connect with your frequency and reveal what is going on in your subtle bodies and  subconscious. Often we feel we have worked through old hurts or shut the door on them and may even believe our life has been free of emotional trauma but she has discovered we are very good at suppressing and hiding our true emotions and she is able to feel see or know its imprint within your energy field and how its effecting your life

You will then express how what she has picked up relates to your experiences and she guides you through implementing some techniques that will assist you moving forward

Nicola then offers a reading with the help of your current guide and a variety of oracle cards. This can be an extraordinary revelation.

Finally she provides the energy work to help you release not just blocks within the chakras but in some cases Karmic, ancestral healing. She will advise you of whatever comes up after the session.
