This comes naturally to her because like many others her origins are the wounded healer. She has walked the path and nothing she guides you with, will not have been experienced or undertaken by her already.

The Wellbeing journey with her provides a revelation and intimate connection to your physical, emotional or mental dis-ease. She helps you with various forms of inner work and energy work and yes! Connection to your souls authentic frequency, because rest assured you are a soul having a human experience and its your soul that has felt a connection to the frequency of Nicola's

You will be given surprisingly accurate Evidence during the session ​

Our physical emotional and mental Being are all connected because we are energy, and this energy is constantly interacting.  

All of Nicola's therapies focus on these aspects of Self in varying degree's and you will work together to discover what your individual requirements's are at the time. No session with her is ever the same as your energy changes so will each session.

 

Nicola has also had the honour to support many with their journeys to PHYSICAL well being. This has been extraordinarily rewarding after years of her own personal growth and healing journey. She is obviously unable to make any statements regarding this matter and would have no medical evidence to support any claims. However, she is extremely grateful to her clients for their Support, belief and for sharing their journey's to wellness, which has been most encouraging
