Reiki/ Energy work cannot bring any harm to a recipient however there may sometimes be a healing reaction. This may involve a short period of emotional upset if deeply rooted issues have been addressed even if the recipient was not aware that this had happened at the time of treatment. Effects may include fatigue, weepiness, mild depression, mood swings or sometimes elation and euphoria and sense of being lighter. It is very relaxing and you may even fall into a semi conscious state
Alternatively, there may be physical symptoms such as nausea, diarrhoea or skin eruptions. These should be regarded as positive signs as they represent changes within the energetic flow of the body and the elimination of stored toxins. It is temporary and it will pass within a few days as the body readjusts. On the more positive, you may feel tingling, see coloured lights, feel heat or cold or your body may jerk involuntarily as confirmation of the healing work being done.
After the reiki / Energy work we will have a talk about anything you or I felt during the session and what this may be portraying

Cancellation Policy: Please let me know at least 3 days in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations within 3 days of your appointment will be charged at the full appointment rate. Cancellations a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your appointment will not be charged and we will aim to rearrange your appointment within 14 working days.
Healing and medicine are two separate disciplines which can complement each other. Reiki is the art of natural healing, not the practice of medicine. Reiki is intended to be a supplement to, and not a substitute for, professional medical care and treatment. In the case of any serious medical ailment of condition, you should always consult your doctor for advice.

I have no qualifications other than those stated on my website and can not diagnose or predict . Readings are for entertainment purposes only. I can not direct you or advise you and any action you take subsequent to our session is entirely your own responsibility.
